Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Monday in the German City Lutheran church for Mrs. Mathilda C. Rose, 83, who died Friday morning at her home in Hornick. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery here.

Mrs. Rose, whose husband John Rose died in 1915, is survived by a sister, Mrs. Henry Rose of Holly Springs, and six nephews, Clarence and Clem Rose, both of Holly Springs; Will Rose of Sloan; Albert Rose, living in California, and Theodore and Elmer Rose, both residents of Colorado.

The body is at the Hilts funeral home at Sloan.
