SIOUX CITY | Marjorie M. Willcoxson, 88, of Sioux City passed away Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012. at the Good Samaritan Village in Le Mars, Iowa.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Merlin Schrad officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service..

Marjorie was born July 18, 1924, in Granville, Iowa, the daughter of Herman and Lillian (Niichel) Boever.

She married Robert Willcoxson in 1947 in Sioux City. He preceded her in death on Feb. 1, 1990. Marjorie worked as a credit supervisor for J.C. Penney Company for 25 years before her retirement.

She loved line dancing and dancing in Senior Follies. She also enjoyed crafts such as quilting and crocheting. Marjorie was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church.

Survivors include her eight siblings, June Schiltz of Remsen, Iowa, Pat Boever of Le Mars, Iowa, Jim (Phyllis) Boever of Davenport, Iowa, Tom (MaryAnn) Boever of Dubuque, Iowa, Boniface (Karen) Boever of Sioux City, Rebecca (Dean) Norris of Arcadia, Calif., Judy (Bill) Pover of Farley, Iowa, and Molly Boever of Le Mars; a brother-in-law, Earl Lange; a sister-in-law, Fern Boever; numerous nieces and nephews; and close friends, the Jack Hanson Family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Robert Jr., two brothers, Maurice and Donald Boever; a sister, Mary Lee Lange; a sister-in-law, Marce Boever; a brother-in-law, Rich Schiltz; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Siouxland.
