26 February 2011SIOUX CITY -- Victor Joseph Valeika Jr. of Mountain Home, Ark., died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011.
Memorial services will be private. Arrangements are by Twin Lakes Cremation Society and Funeral Home.
Victor was born Oct. 27, 1935, in Sioux City and remained in Sioux City until his retirement to Arkansas in 1997. He was employed by Sioux Tools in Sioux City for 37 1/2 years. While in Sioux City he was an active longtime member of Morningside Church of Christ.
He married Sarah Louise Gulseth on July 4, 1965, in Sioux City.
He is survived by his wife Sarah Louise; a sister, Marilyn Watkins of Sioux City; a brother, Gary of Bountiful, Utah; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter.
