Phyllis Mullen .
..SIOUX CITY -- Phyllis L. Mullen of Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Sioux City, passed away Jan. 31, 2011, in Mesa.

Service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E. Main St., in Mesa.

A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by her companion of 12 years, Vance Taylor; daughter, Deanna (Harvey) Jeffries; sons, Kenneth (Cheryl) Miller, Robert Miller, Ralph (Debbie) Miller; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her husbands, Guy Miller and Gene Mullen.

The family suggests contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
