Died.

Pritchard – In Sioux City, Ia., June 27, 1897, P.[Porter] W. Pritchard, aged 61 years, 11 months and 14 days.

Mr. Pritchard, who was an old and well known resident of Sioux City, died of Bright’s disease. He had been in failing health for a long time and about a year ago was stricken with total blindness. He was a veteran of the war of the rebellion and an honored member of the GAR. He leaves a wife and four children.

The funeral , which will be taken in charge by the local GAR, will occur tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o’clock from the family residence, No. 810 Rock street.
