William E. Cody, buried March 12, 1908

After paying the two children their part of the estate, Eugenia Cody was discharged in the district court this afternoon as the guardian of Mary L. and William E. Cody, jr., children of W.E. Cody, deceased. Both of the children have come of age and they received $1,289.68 as their share of the estate.
Note: William E. Cody was buried March 12, 1908 in Logan Park Cemetery.
