Clifford Wesley Bush, son of William and Emma (Anders) Bush, was born July 28, 1929. He attended school at Hillsdale No. 7, Banner Township, and graduated from Moville High School, class of 1947. He joined the Navy Reserves while in high school. Clifford was a 4H member for ten years, receiving Grand and Reserve Champion one year in the Shorthorn Breed. He worked for Angus cattle breeders for six-years in Iowa and Nebraska, showing at various State and National Fairs throughout the USA.

Clifford married Darlene Mlejnek of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, February 20, 1960, at Moville Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Darlene was a school teacher. Clifford, wanting to farm, bought a 160-acre farm east of Bronson, Iowa, in 1959. His big interest is his pure breed Angus herd.

Four children were born to Clifford and Darlene, Craig Allen, born September 28,1961, graduated from Lawton-Bronson High School, class of 1980. He works at Theo’s Steak House at Lawton and is a baseball player.

Roxanne Marie, born April 26, 1964, graduated form Lawton-Bronson, class of 1982. She was a basketball player and went out for track. Roxanne now works at Theo’s Steak House.

Jeffrey Mark, born January 7, 1968, is a sophomore and works at Theo’s.
Roger Michael born February 7, 1969, is a freshman at Lawton-Bronson High School.
