Bertha Miller passed away last Tuesday after an illness of five days of pneumonia.

Most everyone from this vicinity attended the funeral of Bertha Miller at the St. Francis church at Ossian.

Last Thursday occurred the funeral of eleven months’{?} old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Miller, death being due to pneumonia after an illness of a few days. The funeral was held at 9:30 at St. Francis church Rev. Thiltgen officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she was born Feb. 3, 1905 and died April 24, 1917. She is buried in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery. I think the above age is in error, probably meaning eleven years old.
