On Wednesday of last week Mrs. Emily Gunning, a former resident of this community, quietly and painlessly passed away at the home of her daughter at Boulder, Colo. She had just passed her 78th birthday anniversary. Funeral on Friday.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she was born Jan. 8, 1836 and died Jan. 28, 1914. She is buried in Green Mountain Cemetery in Boulder, CO.
