OBITUARY.
HUNTER.
William B. Hunter was born at Titusville, Penn., Aug. 17th, 1845 and died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joe Culbert, at Kendallville, Iowa, June 13th, 1918.
His parents came West to Iowa over 60 years ago and William grew to manhood in Iowa
He was united in marriage to Margaret Jeffers, July 25, 1878. Four children were born to them, Ralph C., Mrs. Mike Dougherty, Miss Anna, Mrs. Joe Culbert and Edgar, who died May, 1900.
His character for honesty, temperance and morality were without question.
His life was one of bitter struggle against trouble and disease, yet through it all he has maintained a patient endurance and cheerfulness, always saying he had much to be thankful for and no cause to complain. An almost total blindness of over 30 years duration caused him to be more or less dependent, but always anxious and willing to work, as far as able.
His home has been for a number of years with his daughter.
His daughter Anna has been a great comfort to him, caring for him during his last illness at a great sacrifice of comfort and expense. We leave him in the hand of a just and loving Father, and we have faith to believe he will gain the reward he has merited.

CARD OF THANKS.
We wish to thank our kind neighbors and friends in their assistance during the sickness and burial of our beloved father, and also the beautiful, floral offerings.
Ralph C. Hunter,
Mrs. Hattie Dougherty,
Mrs. Meda Culbert,
Miss Anna Hunter.
