The sad intelligence of the death of Mrs. Koeppe, formerly Mary Kulish of Marion was received last Sunday. The remains will be brought here to the home of her father. The funeral will take place at the St. Wenceslaus church. Obituary will be given next week is{sic} possible.

Mrs. Wagner of Wilton, Wis., Mr. and Mrs. Becker of Marion, Mrs. Koepp of North McGregor, returned to their respective homes after attending the funeral of Mrs. Frank Koeppe.

Mrs. Frank Koeppe, nee Mary Kulish, died at her home at Marion, Iowa, after suffering with a dreadful disease for almost two years. Death came to her on Saturday, March 23rd, 1912. She was born in Spillville, Aug. 28, 1884. February 20, 1903, she was married to Frank Koeppe at Calmar, Iowa. To them were born three children Mabel, who died in infancy, Walter, who died two years ago, and Percy, who is six years of age. The funeral took place March 27th, 1912, at 10 o’clock, at the St. Wenceslaus church, Rev. Broz performing the obsequies. The pall bearers were James Tuchek, John Polansky, Joe Swehla, Joe Benesh, James Chekal and John Hrushka. She leaves to mourn her departure a loving husband, son Percy, father Fr. Kulish, four sisters, Barbara, Mrs. Becker of Marion, Emma, Mrs. Berry of Mason City, Frances, Mrs. Kessel of Minneapolis, Minn., and Anna of Spillville, and two brothers, Lewis of Marion and James of Spillville.
