Albert Johnson passed away Sunday morning, Sept. 11, after an illness extending over a period of three weeks. About three weeks ago he was taken with a bad case of dysentery, which rendered him very weak. Complications set in, and despite the best of medical care and careful nursing he succumbed. His heart began failing Saturday and in spite of active stimulation he gradually sank, and passed away at {?}:30 Sunday morning. The family have the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born June 3, 1874 and died Sept. 10, 1910 which disagrees with the above. He is buried in the Big Canoe Lutheran Cemetery.
