H. A. Warner and sons Barton and Charley arrived home Tuesday night from their annual fishing trip to Dudley, Wis. Shortly after arriving at Dudley, word reached Mrs. Warner of the death of her father, Mr. Charles Law of Pittston, Pa., and she went on to attend the funeral. Mr. Law was one of the prominent business men of his city and the testimonial paid him by the Pittston papers reflected in no uncertain measure the high esteem in which he was held.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Oct. 30, 1833 and died July 11, 1910. He is buried in the West Pittston Cemetery.
