Ossian, Nov 27 - The remains of Dan Gallagher, who died in the Philippine Islands, arrived here yesterday and were interred in St. Francis de Sales cemetery. He was in the employ of the government in the single service, and died from an attack of dysentery. He was the son of Andrew Gallagher, formerly a resident of Calmar, where the son was for a while telegraph operator for the Milwaukee railroad company
