The funeral services for Mr. Bush were held at the M. E. church last Friday afternoon, and interment was made in the cemetery on the hill. Mr. Bush was for many years a well known resident of this town but for the past few years he has made his home at Freeport, he having passed away there last Thursday at a very advanced age. Deceased was the father of our esteemed townsman Dr. S. Bush, with whom he had made his home. His remains were brought here by Mr. Funke, who also remained for the funeral services.
