George Henry James passed away at his home last Tuesday afternoon at four o’clock, his father, mother and only brother being at the bedside when he died. In the passing away of George James, a young life full of promise was brought to a premature close, as he was 18 years, 10 months and 26 days of age at the time of his death. The funeral was held at St John’s church on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock, Father Marshaick officiating and interment made at the Catholic cemetery.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Feb. 3, 1890 and died Dec. 29, 1908. He is buried in St. John’s Cemetery.
