Dianne Allen, age 75, of Decorah, IA died on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at her home in Decorah.

There will be no formal services for Dianne.

Dianne Mae Allen was born on September 18, 1945 the daughter of Robert and Opal (Jones) Allen in Decorah, IA. She graduated from Decorah High School in 1963. After high school, Dianne attended UW Madison where she received a nursing degree. She worked as a registered nurse in Madison until retiring in 2003. Dianne moved back to Decorah in 2004.

She is survived by her sister: Lynne Meyer, Decorah, IA. Brother: Randall (Ardy) Allen, Decorah, IA along with many nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents: Robert in 1973 and Opal in 2007. Sister: Cheryl Allen in 2015. Sister-in-law: Penelope Allen in 2013. Brother-in-law: Bruce Meyer in 2016.
