DIED.
FOSS—On the 18th inst. of cancer of the stomach, at his home in Canoe township, Michael Foss, aged 33 years. The funeral services were held at the house on Wednesday, the 21st. Rev. D. L. Hilliard officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: His gravestone in Phelps Cemetery shows he was born June 24, 1862.
