—The death of Mrs. Patrick Courtney occurred at the family home March 30th. She was aged 67, and was one of the pioneer settlers, having lived in Bluffton for forty years.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Mary who was born in 1828. She is buried in St. Bridget Cemetery.
