OBITUARY.
ANNAS COOK PIERCE, wife of Alonzo Pierce, was born in Elliot, Minn., Aug. 10, 1863, and died at her home, Jan. 30, 1895, aged 31 years, 5 months and ten days. She leaves a husband and four children, besides her parents and one sister and three brothers. She was a good wife and a kind mother, and was respected by all who knew her. The funeral sermon was preached at Burr Oak, M. E. church.by Rev. Hilburn and was largely attended.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows the name spelled Annice and that she is buried in Burr Oak Cemetery. Her gravestone shows she died Jan. 29.
