OBITUARY.
James L. Hall was born in the state of Michigan, February 19th, 1844; came to Iowa In the early “sixties,” was married to Miss Eunice Tabor oldest daughter of David C. and Harriet Tabor, on March 15th, 18{?}9, and died at Severance, Kansas, on December 13th, 1896, leaving to mourn his loss, the wife and a son who was recently married. The body was brought to Hesper for burial by the mourning family. The funeral services were held at the Friends’ church on the 17th and the good attendance attested to the bereaved ones that they have the heartfelt sympathy of their old friends and neighbors. Mrs. Hall and children wish to express their gratitude to all who so kindly gave of their help and sympathy. Mr. Arthur Hall and wife returned to their home in Kansas on the 21st. Mrs. Eunice Hall will remain for several weeks with her parents.
