Death of a Student.
On Sunday last W. M. Hoel, a student at Luther College, died after a brief illness of four days from a complication of pneumonia and brain fever. The funeral service was held at the First Lutheran church. Tuesday evening, and the remains were taken to Canby, Minn. under the escort of Pres. Laur Larson, The young man was the son of Rev. Hoel, of Canby.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Nov. 13, 1879 and died Jan. 26, 1896. He is buried in St. Stephens Cemetery in Canby, MN.
