An Aged Winnebago gone!
Ah-co-cho-kah (Artichoke,) the oldest member of the Winnebago tribe of Indians, died near Tomah, Wis., on Sunday. So the Lansing Mirror says. Artichoke has been a chief for many years. His age is not positively known, but it is given at from 105 to 125 years. He was a brother of Chief Dandy, who was a power and ruler over a tribe fifty years ago.
