Ed Clough died at his home in Frankville March 8, 1901, of heart failure. He had been ill for about two weeks and suffered considerably, was 38 years old. He leaves a wife and eight children to mourn for him. The funeral was held from the Presbyterian church Tuesday morning, Rev. Gregg officiating, the interment being made in the Postville cemetery.
