Ira Reed, who has been sick for some time, died Thursday night at his son’s home near Prosper. No one thought him dangerously{ill} until a few days before his death, when dropsy and heart trouble set in and soon took him away. The funeral service will be held in the Advent church to-day at 10 A. M., Rev. Dicks, officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in Burr Oak Cemetery and was born Feb. 10, 1844 and died June 27, 1902.
