A little three-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Boyle died last Saturday forenoon, of pneumonia, after a few days sickness. Little Rolland an initially bright child and was the special pride of his parents and all who came in contact with him. The afflicted parents are bowed down with grief at their loss and have the heartfelt sympathy of a large circle of friends, many of whom accompanied the remains to Ossian where the funeral was held from the Catholic church.

To-day occurs the funeral of the oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Boyle, who live near Castalia. The child has been ill for a long time from lung fever and died last Saturday.

Transcriber’s Note: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery shows the name was Rollin who was born July 19, 1899 and died Aug. 2, 1902.
