The body of John Vrba, formerly a merchant in Protivin and Spillville was brought back yesterday from Duncan, for burial in the cemetery west of Spillville. He was a member of the Massonic{sp} fraternity and the Masons had charge of the funeral.— Calmar Courier.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in the Bohemian National Cemetery – is gravestone shows his name as Jan and that he was born in 1849.
