Found Dead in Dover.
West Union Gazette.—The body of Gunder Johnson, aged about 76 years, who lived 1½ miles west of Eldorado, was found lying in the creek on the farm of Martin Bartelson Saturday. The old man was last seen on Nov. 20th, and it is supposed that while on his way to visit a neighbor he accidentally fell down the bank of the creek, which is over eight feet at that point, striking his head and dying instantly. He had in his pockets when found a watch and $35.40 in cash. The old man had no rel¬tives. His wife was burned to death when their home was destroyed by fire several years ago.
