Bernett Anderson died at his home in Canoe, Oct. 7th. Although a cripple for years, and obliged to use crutches, he was never idle. He has been in poor health all summer, but only kept his bed a few days, He was a man well thought of and bore his suffering with great patience. A short time before his death he asked God, in whom he trusted, to come and take him from his suffering. He leaves a wife and several children, most of them being grown up men and women. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of their friends and neighbors.
