Death of an Aged Mother.
Mrs. Bertha Jackwitz, mother of J. Jackwitz, died Sunday at the home of her son, aged eighty years. She was born in Norway and her home has been in this country but about ten years. Shortly before taking up her residence in America her husband died, four of her five children had also passed away, and she came to spend her remaining years with her son. The funeral services were held at the house Tuesday at two o’clock, Rev J. O. Hougen officiating.
