Elmer Gager passed away Wednesday morning at his home in Orleans Town¬ship from poritonitis following an illness of some duration from ulcerated stomach. The funeral takes place to-day at the Morgan church.

Obituary.
GAGER.
Elmer Elsworth Gager was born at the old homestead in Orleans township, on May 10, 1862. Here he grew to manhood and January 1, 1889 at Elma, he was united in marriage to Miss Jennie Dickinson. They settled in Orleans township which has since been their home. Five children were born to them, all of whom are living.
Besides these he leaves his bereaved wife, his father, three brothers and one sister. He departed this life Wednesday morning, January 1, 1908, the 19th anniversary of his wedding.
Funeral services conducted by Rev. Gammons and the I. O. O. F. of which deceased was a member, was held in the Morgan M. E. Church Friday morning and was largely attended.
The members of the I. O. O. F. of Cresco Lodge attended in a body.
Interment was in Oak Lawn.
