Thomas Finnegan, who lived about six miles south of here, died last Saturday morning. The funeral took place at the Catholic church at Ossian Monday. Mr. Finnegan was an old resident of northern Fayette county.

Thomas Finnegan died at his home near Castalia last Saturday. Funeral services were held at the Catholic church Monday morning. He leaves a daughter and two sons to mourn his loss.

Transcriber's Note: His gravestone shows his year of birth as 1840 and year of death as 1904.
