Fatal Accident. - We learn a young man named Keefover living near Clermont, was killed on Saturday last, by an accident which occurred while he was riding horseback. The horse became frightened and threw him, but one foot remained fastened to the stirrup, and he was dragged some distance with fearful rapidity, until his head struck a stump. A neighbor saw the accident, and followed up the horse as fast as possible, but when he arrived on the spot, Keefover was dead—his neck broken.
