Mrs. Bridget Fleming, who lived near Plymouth Rock for something over 40 years, died Friday, March the 13th, and was laid to rest in the cemetery there last Sunday. The deceased was the mother of Maurice Flemming of Cresco, and was 82 years old.
Transcriber’s Note: Her gravestone in St. Agnes Cemetery indicates she was born in 1823. The last name is spelled two different ways.

Mrs. John Flemming who has been seriously ill for several weeks, died Friday morning. The funeral was held at the Catholic church on Sunday morning. Mrs. Flemming has lived on the farm north of Kendallville for a great many years and was loved and respected by all who knew her. Friends deeply sympathise with the family in their bereavement
