DALE E. LOMEN, 69, of Cape Coral, Fla., and formerly of Decorah, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2017, at home. He was the son of the late Erlin and Lorraine Lomen, of rural Decorah. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; his son, Joshua and fiancée, Amanda Hatt, of Fort Myers, Fla.; his sisters, Dorothy Van Helten, of Waverly and Nancy Lomen, of Decorah; his sister-in-law, Barb Lomen, Woodstock, Ill.; and many nephews and nieces, as well as great-nephews and nieces.
