Nick Groff Dead - Mrs. F.H. Lansing received word of the death of her brother, Nick Groff at his home in Preston, Minn., Sunday night. The funeral will be held at Preston, Wednesday morning at 11:30. Mr. Groff was a resident of Ossian for many years. He was 61 years old. He leaves two children, Edward of Kankakee, Ill., and Vangie, Mrs. Cloy Waters, of West Union. He suffered a stroke a week ago and never regained consciousness.
