Services for Ray Novotney, 46, who died Saturday of a long illness, where at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Methodist Church with the Rev. Floyd H. Weed officiating and burial in the Phelps Cemetery, the Steine Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Novotney was born Jan. 18, 1903, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Novotney. On Feb. 24,1940, he married Olive Nelson at Crown Point, Ind. He was engaged in farming during his life.

Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter, Sharon Rae, his mother and a sister, Mr. Jeanette Dehning.
