Decorah- Joseph Kelly, 83, of Bluffton Township, Ia., died Saturday morning at Smith Memorial in Decorah.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bridget's Catholic Church, Bluffton, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Steine Funeral Home, Decorah, where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday.

Surviving are his wife, Mary; two daughters, Mrs. Alton Rue and Mrs. Duane Hauger, both of Ridgeway, Ia.; two sons, Glendon, Dyersville, Ia., and Mark, Independence, Ia.
