Ossian- Services for Theodore Fleischer, 94, who died Saturday at his home in Ossian, were conducted Tuesday morning at St. Francis de Sales church. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. M. J. Thiltgen officiated at the requiem mass and the Rev. D. D. Wegdert at the grave. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Fleischer retired in 1934 after 55 years in the furniture and mortician business in Ossian. After the death of his wife May 5, 1940, he made his home with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Andresen.

Surviving are a son, Andrew, of Rutherford, N.J., and four daughters, Miss Julia Fleischer, of Rutherford, N.J., Mrs. Carrie Mathews, of Chicago, and Mrs. Cleo Cahill and Mrs. Andresen, both of Ossian.
