RITES ARE HELD

Funeral services were held at 11:00 a. m. Saturday at the Catholic Church in Calmar for Phillip French, 51, who died suddenly Christmas morning at 2:00 a.m. Mr. French, for a number of years associated with Louis Schutte, [from Postville] was a furniture dealer and in the undertaking business. Burial was at Ft. Atkinson. He is survived by his wife and two children.
