Inez Harvey, 100, of Cresco, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Evans Memorial Home in Cresco, Iowa. Inez was born on September, 4, 1914 in Burr Oak, Iowa to Benjamin and Bertha (Evans) Nolte. She grew up on her parent’s farm in the Burr Oak area. Inez was baptized and confirmed in the Burr Oak Methodist Church. She married Warren Harvey on June 20, 1933 at her parent’s home in Burr Oak, IA. To this union seven children were born. Inez & Warren farmed in the Ridgeway area until they retired in 1973. Inez enjoyed, sewing, crocheting, fishing, crossword puzzles, and playing cards with family and friends. Inez is survived by six children, Norman (Fae), Elaine (Ron) Ryan, Duane (Donna), Linda (Eugene) Huhe, Marlin (Cheryl), and David (Linda), 14 grandchildren, five step-grandsons, many loving great & great-great grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Jenny Harvey, a brother Keith (Jackie) Nolte, and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Ronald, her husband, two grandsons, Rodney & Ricky, a granddaughter, Roxanne, a great grandson, Anthony, and one sister Joyce.

Visitation:
Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Lindstrom Funeral Home in Cresco, IA, as well as one hour prior to services at the church.

Service:
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Orleans Lutheran Church in rural Cresco, Iowa.

Cemetery:
Burial will be in the Orleans Lutheran Church Cemetery.
