Calmar- Oddis/Otis Bulgren, 51, of Fort Atkinson died Sunday in the Veterans hospital, Des Moines. Services Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in Chekal funeral home, Fort Atkinson, and at 2 p.m. in Fort Atkinson Methodist church. Burial in Oak Hill cemetery.
