Ossian- Walter Bernard Joseph Geling, 75, died Sunday afternoon, Sept. 25, 1994, in Veterans Memorial Hospital, Waukon, after a sudden illness. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 9:30 p.m. today at Schmitz Funeral Home, where a Scripture service begins at 8 p.m.

Survivors include his wife, Marcella; a stepson, Randy Flicek of Spring Grove, Ill.; two stepdaughters, Vonnie Breheim of Merrillan, Wis., and Nancy Hutchens of Black River Falls, Wis.; and four sisters, Leona Gerieman (or Gerleman), and Lucille Heying, both of Ossian, and Cyrilla Krivachek and Elsie Hageman, both of Fort Atkinson.
