Decorah- Funeral services for Frank A. Hitchcock, 77, were held Sunday at the Olson-Iverson Funeral Home and burial was in Phelps cemetery. The Rev. F. H. Weed officiated.

Hitchcock died Saturday, Aug. 5, at his home at Evanston, Ill.

Born Oct 23, 1872, in Decorah, he was the son of Maj. and Mrs. Charles H. Hitchcock. On July 19, 1911, he married the former Hilda Elizabeth Schetter at Tacoma, Wash., who survives.

He is also survived by one sister.
