Spillville- Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Tupy, 79, will be held Saturday at the St. Wenceslaus Church, with burial in the nearby cemetery. She died Tuesday following a heart attack. She was born near here May 16, 1870.

She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, Mrs. Regina Holub and Mrs. Marcella Puffer, of Cresco, and 5 sons, Charles of Chicago, Vic of Waterloo, Arthur of Waucoma, and Ed and Leonard of near Spillville, 27 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

The family farmed west of Spillville and retired to Spillville in 1935.
