Decorah- Robert Allan Wilkins, 31, of Austin, Texas, formerly of Decorah, died Sunday. He was a ranch hand at the Rawhide Trail Ranch in Austin.

Survivors are his father, Wilbur H. Wilkins of New Albin; his mother, Marian Wilkins of Decorah; his maternal grandmother, Florence Lovstuen of Decorah; five brothers, Kenneth of Bremerton, Wash., Spec. 4 Kurt Wilkins with the U.S. Army in Germany, Loren of Decorah, Keith of Waukon and Niles of Ridgeway; three half-brothers, Donald of Rio Dell, Calif., W. Eldean of Decorah and Richard of Karlskruke, Germany; four sisters, Lorna Duvel of Caledonia, Minn., Ruth Ann Walleser of Aurora, Ill., and Patricia and Marcella Wilkins, both of Decorah; and three half-sisters, Lorraine Sacquitne of Decorah, Marjorie O'Hare of St. Joseph, Mo., and Ann Hotvedt of Decorah.

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Glenwood Lutheran Church, rural Decorah. Burial; church cemetery, with military rites. Friends may call after noon Friday at Steine's.
