Spillville- Sandy Zoulek, 56, of Spillville, died Thursday, Aug. 7, 2003, in the Good Samaritan Nursing Home, West Union, after a long illness. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, by the Rev. Donald Hawes. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Balik Funeral Home, Spillville, with a rosary at 4 p.m. and Scripture service at 7 p.m., and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

Survivors include two daughters, Christie of New Hampton and Sarah of Waukon; a son, Tom of Spillville; and two brothers, Leslie Albertson of Moravia and Gary Albertson of Lyford, Texas.
