Decorah- Adeline J. Bergan, 88, died Sunday morning, Jan 11, 2004, in Barthell Eastern Star Nursing Home following a long illness. Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Washington Prairie Lutheran Church, rural Decorah, by the Rev. Kim Smith, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Fjelstul Funeral Home and after 1 p.m. at the church.

Survivors include six children, Duane Bergan, Diane Anderson, Daryl Bergan and Elaine Gipp, all of Decorah, Linda Collins of Burnsville, Minn., and Donna Gavle of Prairie du Chien, Wis.; and three sisters, Esther Winger, Marian Gjevre and Delores Rovang, all of Decorah.
