Decorah- Virginia Berg, 83, died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 1998, in Aase Haugen Home after a short illness. Services: 1 p.m. Friday, Decorah Lutheran Church. Burial: Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at French & Balik Funeral Home, Decorah, and after noon Friday at the church.

Survivors include two daughters, Sonja Breuning of Decorah and Cheryl Novak of Spillville; and three sisters, Loyes Housker and Jiletta Trygstad, both of Mabel, Minn. and Jeanann Anderson of Mankato, Minn.
