Decorah- Effie M. Lofstuen, 88, died Tuesday in Aase Haugen Nursing Home. She was owner and operator of Priscilla Women's Clothing store for many years.

Surviving is a sister, Lida Jorgenson of Minneapolis.

Services: 1 p.m. Friday, Decorah Lutheran Church. Burial: Phelps Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Fjelstul's, where there will be a Rebekah service tonight, and one hour before service time at the church.
